As Customer Service Manager Jennifer oversees AAMC’s Queensland based Repair Management, customer service and administration teams. With comprehensive knowledge and experience within insurance claims and a strong background in sales, Jennifer is a vital member of AAMC’s management team with responsibilities across the core service lines of Assessing, HMV and Repair Management as well as maintaining key client relationships. Jennifer ensures the teams deliver consistent, high-quality services to our clients whilst always keeping an eye on process improvements within operations.
