With a background spanning over 30 years in commercial Heavy Motor and Transport, with long term senior and management roles within Heavy Vehicle repair and insurance claims processing, Ian ensures that Quality, Cost and Timeliness is delivered on all aspects of AAMC’s Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) accident management capability. Ian’s responsibilities as National HMV Manager include the day-to-day operational function within the business unit, providing technical expertise and oversight to our national team of experienced specialists and developing strong and trusted relationships with our clients, who are some of Australia’s most prominent heavy and commercial brokers and underwriters. A key member of AAMC’s Management Team, Ian oversees a highly skilled team focussing solely on this critically vital sector and brings a wealth of experience, expertise and technical ability to this premier service line.
