Passenger & Light Vehicles
The one-stop shop for all passenger and light commercial assessing needs.
Passenger and Light Commercial vehicles represent the greatest number of vehicles on our roads and in turn generate the most accidents and insurance claims. AAMC understand that getting this right enhances an insurer’s service reputation and overall financial performance. High performance in cost, quality and timeliness is critical.
AAMC provides Australia-wide onsite and desktop motor vehicle assessing services for insurers of all sizes and for fleets, rental cars, underwriting agencies and self-insured corporates.
Our team works to provide the most cost-effective and timely outcome for our clients and their customers
Our assessment reports are accurate, concise and professional and delivered in a timely fashion. Regular updates are provided to key stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the repair.
Our team of experts focus on cost, quality and timeliness.
- Cost: a fair and reasonable cost outcome to reinstate the vehicle
- Quality: that the repairer is appropriately skilled and equipped and correct methods and procedures have been deployed
- Timeliness: that the vehicle repair process is the most efficient and all total losses are settled quickly
Fair & Reasonable (F&R)
AAMC provide Fair & Reasonable (F&R) desktop reviews and determinations for small claims demands from not-at-fault third party insurers. This includes both
repairable and total loss claim costs.
These assessments consider and report if a cost is fair and reasonable or not. This includes the repair quantum, total loss and salvage determinations, towing costs etc. We can also include commentary on repair duration and hire car costs associated with the claim.
Catastrophe Management
Australia regularly experiences major weather events, fires and floods resulting in a surge of new claims and customers requiring urgent assistance and support.
AAMC is at the ready to initiate a team to be on the ground and fully operational within 24 hours of a catastrophe notification, anywhere in Australia. AAMC’s years of experience in dealing with all manner of large- scale CAT events has resulted in operational processes and procedures that ensure our insurer clients’ BAU needs are less impacted, whilst providing the required on-ground support for their event-affected
customers.
With our technology and supply chain partners we provide capacity and capability to administer and manage extreme volumes often associated with motor damage resulting from extreme wind, hail, fire, and water events.
Specialist Lines
Our team has the experience, skill and expertise across all specialist lines such as caravan, motor home, motorcycle, PWC and trailer based marine claims anywhere in Australia.
